about us

Passaic County (NJ) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated

At The Links, Incorporated Passaic County Chapter, we build on a proud national legacy that began in 1946, when a small band of visionary Black women united “Linked in Friendship … Connected in Service.”

Today, The Links, Incorporated counts over 17,000 professional women in 299 chapters worldwide—women committed to enriching, sustaining, and ensuring the culture and economic survival of people of African ancestry.

Locally, we channel that same spirit into Passaic County, NJ, uplifting families and strengthening communities.

Our Five Facets of Service

We focus our energy where it matters most, delivering programs that address critical needs through five powerful pillars :

Services to Youth: Mentoring, HBCU immersion, and STEAM labs that prepare the next generation for success.

The Arts: Showcases, workshops, and performances that celebrate and preserve our cultural heritage.

National Trends & Services: Policy briefings, economic-empowerment training, and social-justice initiatives.

International Trends & Services: Cross-cultural exchanges and global partnerships aimed at eliminating poverty and expanding opportunity.

Health & Human Services: Free screenings, wellness workshops, and advocacy to close health gaps.

Each year, we impact more than 3 million lives at home and abroad—transforming vision into action, one program at a time
